Website traffic

We measure public page views, link destinations, referring website names, and navigation paths to understand how our website is used. A random visit identifier is stored in your browser tab's session storage. It resets after 30 minutes of inactivity, after 24 hours, or when the tab session ends.

We do not store IP addresses, account details, form contents, query strings, or complete external URLs in this traffic data. Only the site owner can see the dashboard. Records are retained for 90 days and expired records are removed when traffic is collected or the dashboard is opened.

The tracker respects your browser's Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings. Browser storage restrictions and blockers can also prevent tracking. Hosting providers may separately keep operational or security logs.

Contact

The contact form prepares an email draft in your email application. The website does not save or send your inquiry. For questions, email sales@crossroads.systems.
